Q: What is the purpose of St. Croix?

A: St. Croix are a meat-based breed only. They are the largest meat breeds, however they have high quality fine grained, low fat meat and are able to be raised as naturally as possible with minimal to no vaccinations or worming.

Q: Why register my flock?

A: To ensure that the breed remains pure and to get better prices when selling registered breeding stock.
